1 Peter 2:9
But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for his own possession, that you may proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light.

God has set this church apart as a special treasure. He is laying in you a foundation of character in preparation for the impact he wants you to have in this city and region of the United States.

God wants you to be known as a people of character, who:
-walk in authentic friendship with God and with each other,
-minister out of a place of fiery love,
-live in the glory of His presence.

Now a ballast is the weight used to counterbalance a large sail on a sailboat. It ensures that the boat won’t capsize when the sail is full of wind.

There is a strong wind of Diving destiny blowing in Christian Life Center today. You must raise your sails up to catch the wind and do not fear. God says, fear not little flock, it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the Kingdom.

I have been teaching you the truth and growing your character to build the ballast in your boat so that you will not capsize when the wing of My Spirit begins to blow in this house. I have not called you to settle for less than authentic New Testament-caliber revival.

You are to go forth in fiery love, as intimate comrades, with a sharp two-edged sword in your hands. My Presence will go before you in the realm of the church, the realm of business, the realm of education and the arts, the realm of sports and media and government, and you will bring an undiluted prophetic word to this region and this city and this generation.

So, be strong in the Lord and the power of His Might and take hold of your destiny in the Spirit that was prepared for you from the foundations of the world. Do not say in your heart, we are too small or too few. I have set in your midst mighty warriors in training and I have others being prepared that will join forces with you when the time is right.

Fear not, for I am giving you the Kingdom! The see of every weapon you need is already sown in your heart and all you must do is cultivate it, but I say to you to begin the battle now, and let me teach you as you fight. You cannot steer a stationary vehicle.

Stretch forth your hand and dare to believe me for great things, and My anointing will break the yoke. Now is the time for God to arise in Christian Life Center, and let your enemies be scattered.
